Accessibility Statement
Our approach to making Chef Studio’s website, shop, courses and community usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
1. Our commitment
Chef Studio aims to provide content and functions that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We use accessible structure, readable contrast, keyboard-friendly interactions, descriptive links, alternative text where appropriate and responsive layouts as part of our design work.
2. What we are working towards
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice, including relevant parts of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable. This is an ongoing process rather than a claim that every page or third-party component is fully conformant.
3. Known limitations
- Some older articles, uploaded documents, videos or images may not yet have complete alternative text, captions, transcripts or ideal heading structure.
- Checkout, account, community, video and learning features rely partly on third-party software whose accessibility we do not control in every detail.
- PDFs and archived resources may be less adaptable than current web pages.
We prioritise issues that block purchasing, account access, learning or communication.
4. Adjusting your experience
You can use browser zoom, text resizing, high-contrast settings, keyboard navigation and supported assistive technologies. If a resource is inaccessible, ask us for the information in a reasonable alternative format and we will try to help.
5. Feedback and assistance
Tell us the page, feature or document concerned, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology used if relevant. Contact us through the contact page or email [email protected].
6. Review
We review this statement as the site develops and when significant new shop, portal or community features are introduced.
