Potato Bread Rolls

Potatoes can work wonders in your homemade bread. They make it softer, moister, and add a subtle earthy taste. This recipe shows you how to use potatoes to create beautiful tender bread rolls. The potato also helps your bread rolls stay fresher for longer.

Yield: Makes approximately 16 rolls

Method

Step

Rub the butter into the flour, garlic powder and salt.
